Online Employer Reporting & Remittance Processing
The Trust Fund Office offers online employer reporting which is intended to reduce the time it takes to process your monthly report of contributions, automatically calculate amounts due and, if you choose to, send ACH electronic payments.
DC16 Excel Remittance Form
For new employers, employers who have not received a monthly bill via U.S. mail, or in order to submit a correction to a previous report, please use this Remittance Form.
In order to reverse hours from a previous report, they must be entered as a negative number. (For example, -160) Please note: A separate report is required for each month and each contract requiring a correction.
